  • What was the biggest challenge you faced in creating your store?
    • It was all really easy. The biggest challenge I had was understanding how this gets connected to fulfillment. So although I was able to create a product on the platform, I am not sure how shipping is connected to it or what would happen after someone makes a purchase!
  • What worked really well when using our platform?
    • Customization at all levels was really easy. The theme, the product, the pages.
  • What could be improved when using our platform?
    • Understanding how products are connected to the platform or more explanation about dropshipping?
  • How did this experience help you build empathy for our merchants?
    • I learned a lot about the process of setting up a store and can better understand the steps that they take to set up their business. I can also understand the frustration and stress if something doesn't work the way you expect it to!
  • What is your biggest takeaway from this experience?
    • It's so easy for anyone to start a business now, and everyone should try it!
